We are an Unlimited General and Public Utility Contractor with 40 plus years of experience. We specialize in water and wastewater facility maintenance and construction services.
Kemp Construction Inc was founded in 1982 by Colin H. Kemp and incorporated in 1986. In 2015 Colin announced new leadership within the company. His son Luke, proudly accepted his new role and has been driving the company to new heights ever since.
